1. No Data Collection & Local Storage

SkipForDream (the "Application") is a local-only utility designed to respect your privacy completely.

• Zero Server Transmission: The Developer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, financial information, or usage metrics on external servers. All your dreams stay with you.
• User Responsibility: All data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the security of your device, including backups, encryption, and preventing unauthorized access. The Developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, theft, or OS updates.

2. "As-Is" Provision (No Warranty)

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of financial calculations or goal projections.
• Fitness for a particular financial purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The User assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Application.

3. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Application, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Total Liability Cap: In any event, the Developer’s total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Application, or ten dollars ($10.00), whichever is less.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Application or your violation of these terms.

5. Severability

If any part of this policy is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.
